Little Italy street art - What if Art ruled the world?

Wheatpaste in Little Italy, St Laurent Blvd

Montreal street artist STIKKI PEACHES asks "What if art ruled the world?"
Is the answer a world dominated by Lady Gaga, Rick Genest and unicorns? I could get used to it.

  1. Effectivement ! Merci de m'avoir prévenu, je ne pense jamais à noter les sources des photos d'objets de mes dossiers, pour tout le reste, je le fais mais pas les objets hahaha, c'est bête. J'ai rajouté le nom :)

  3. thanks a lanks!
The print looks expensive (in colour!) I wonder how he/she/they got access to such a printer.

How can you tell he/she/they have been round for 2 years? Do you have older works documented ?

  4. well the only stuff i've seen is basically in the area i work in ( chabanel ) and they've been there since last yr and st-laurent ( little italy ) i've seen as well, but i have a couple friends that say they've seen some in the st-denis and plateau area as well. I'm a huge fan of street art, and well we don't realy see a lot of wheatpaste and stencil works around the city, so i find it pretty cool. They only pics i have are in that facebook album i created. I like the stikki peaches name too.

  5. Thanks for the info! Nice to know what's happening in our city (as you can guess I'm also quite happy to find good wheatpasting for once)

  6. no problem, i'll keep posting pics of any other stuff i see from him/her/ them lol. I agree, the art is pretty cool, i've been tempted to rip some poster size ones off the walls cause they're numbered and signed, very pop art, cool message behind it too, i heard ''they'' do it for a cause, like raising funds for cancer through selling prints or artworks, according to a few buddies i know that are hardcore into the street art movement, but there's no website or anything, its still very underground, or something like that, a possible show somewhere? who knows, but i'm following this stikki peaches. lol. Have a good one.
